Introducing our frozen waffle balls to make delicious Liège waffles with sugar crystals that crisp up as they cook.

How to use:

Place waffle balls on a suitable surface and leave at room temperature for 2.5-3 hours.
- Leave enough space between each ball for it to rise. The raising agent will only react in excess of 15°C.
- Once risen, cook the balls in a waffle iron for 2 minutes at 180°C.
- If you can't wait, defrost the balls in a microwave on the defrost function for 2-3 minutes.
- Wait 15 minutes before cooking in a waffle iron for 2 minutes at 180°C.
